If you are unable to provide proper service for the vehicles already on the road, why are you focusing on launching new vehicles?

You advertise that the #Tiago is available at an attractive price, and that may sound good. But without reliable after-sales service, even a good vehicle becomes a source of stress for #customers .

In my case, the #service experience was so disappointing that I felt my safety was put at risk. I purchased the vehicle after trusting the brand and watching positive reviews, but the experience I faced has completely changed my perception.

Launching new vehicles is important, but providing quality service and ensuring customer safety should be an even bigger priority.

At this point, I have understood that I may not receive the support I expected. However, at the very least, people should be aware of the kind of service experience I faced with Tata Motors.
