Disapointed with Tata Safari experience. Test drive was fixed for Sunday, Suraj from Tata Max asked us to travel from TakliDhokeshwar to @tata_cars Nagar showroom only to find the test drive vehicle unavailable No prior update no apology. If pre-sales is this poor, aftersal

@tata_cars @TataMotors Even after follow-ups, the Tata support number responded only once, post that no calls answered. Messages to the sales executive = no reply.

For a premium vehicle, this level of pre-sales service feels arrogant and careless. If this is pre-sales, not sure about after-sales.

Im traveling in 07058, & there's annoying sound coming frm B1 coach, its coming frm the wheel & its so loud & irritating that we can't sleep, its my exam tmrw. Taking such a fare and providing this type of service is not acceptable.

#chandigarhuniversity is forcing students to pay 3 semester fee to just sit for 2 semester examinations & those who fail to do so will be fined per day during this pandemic.
The semester was cut into half from 4 months to 3 months.
How is this fair during these times.
