While onlookers filmed videos a kind citizen stepped up with the RPF providing food and blankets to the poor family

सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हो रहे ट्रेन की इस जनरल बोगी का वीडियो देखकर सच में दुख हुआ।

आखिर कब हमारे देश के गरीब और आम यात्रियों को ऐसी बेहद कठिन और अपमानजनक यात्रा से मुक्ति मिलेगी? रोज़गार और रोज़मर्रा की जरूरतों के लिए सैकड़ों किलोमीटर की यात्रा करने वाले इन यात्रियों की परेशानी को समझते हुए सरकार कोई ठोस और व्यावहारिक पहल क्यों नहीं करती?

क्या देश के प्रमुख शहरों के बीच दिन में दो बार संचालित होने वाली, कम किराए की साधारण AC सीटिंग क्लास ट्रेनें शुरू नहीं की जा सकतीं?

यदि 1000 किलोमीटर तक की यात्रा के लिए ₹400–800 के आसपास किराए में सुरक्षित, स्वच्छ और पर्याप्त सीटों वाली AC सीटिंग कोच उपलब्ध कराई जाएं, तो लाखों यात्रियों को भीड़भाड़ और असुविधा से काफी हद तक राहत मिल सकती है।

मेरा मानना है कि गरीब यात्रियों को केवल सस्ता सफर नहीं, सम्मानजनक, सुरक्षित और मानवीय यात्रा का अधिकार भी मिलना चाहिए। अतः @RailMinIndia को इस दिशा में गंभीरता से विचार करना चाहिए।

Condition of local trains in Eastern Railway is pathetic! ALL morning & evening local trains are running 10-20 mins late DAILY. In peak office hours,this delay is unbearable.Lakhs of daily passengers are suffering #RailMadad #ERHOWRAH

@RailMinIndia @EasternRailway @drmlhowrah @drmhowrah Daily 10 min delay of 37042 (8:20 AM) for 37416 + 20 min gap from 8 to 8:20 AM in peak office hours causing huge rush. Please ensure 37042 runs on time without dependency & add a service in this slot. #HowrahDivision

Returning in train no 37269 that is also departing late by 8mins. While going office train was delayed by 16 mins, returning also he will face the same issue. Imagine the level of frustration a person can face. How many times a person can raise concerns!!
