@Airtel_Presence As you can see in the image below - I had mailed about the problem last Sunday and I was supposed to get a resolution on Friday, 1st Dec. Even though it's shitloads of time for an irritating problem, Airtel hasn't suitably replied back to me since. You can check the complaint id.

@Airtel_Presence No it doesn't - your IVR keeps going round and round and I can't reach anyone. There's no option on the IVR that can help me resolve the problem.

@Airtel_Presence How can I not return any calls from unknown numbers? I can't literally cant save the number from anyone that ever knows me. Do you even understand the problem? It might be better for meto register a complaint against Airtel in the police station/consumer court for harrasment.
