निर्वाचन प्रक्रिया की निष्पक्षता, पारदर्शिता एवं विश्वसनीयता सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है। भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के सभी दिशा-निर्देशों का अक्षरशः अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करने तथा सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को हर समय सुदृढ़ बनाए रखने के निर्देश संबंधित अधिकारियों को दिए।
