Suppose to bring big jetting machine but that never came and my complaint was closed. No senior official has ever come on site to check the problem. I need someone with decision making power to visit my place and give me a permanent solution.

@VMCVadodara @CollectorVad My online complaint no: C12081253. I am facing this issue since July and it has not been resolved yet. My drainage is overflowing as a man hole on the society road has been buried under the road. That needs to be found, dug up and cleaned.

I have repeatedly made complaints regarding the same more then 10 -15 times and everytime someone would turn up and clear the blockage. But after 6 hours it gets choked up again. The officials even got a small jetting machine to clear the chamber but it didn't work so they were
