IXITRS891618773361423 are the 3 reference nymbers. Only 2 are refunded, all 3 were failed bookings

Shame on @IndiGo6E . Even after getting to customer care post 45 minutes, he said my flight is cancelled but his technical systems are NOT working so cant issue refund. Asked to call back again. This is definitely a fraud airlines. Need @DGCAIndia to intervene asap. Shut them
