@SupportWakefit Extremely poor delivery service with Order No: ORDER202603HCvQLy. Randomly changing delivery dates at will, multiple follow ups in last one week and no resolution. Extremely poor customer experience, will not recommend to anyone.

@abhiandniyu Dude Vijay Mallya was a businessman till the KF Airlines crashed. Go read some history, his father and he himself in 30 years built a lot of brands and well to do businesses. Andhbhakti ke liye you can do podcast with Sadhvi Pragya and get the scores right.
@erbmjha@erbmjha put atleast Pakistani media or newspaper link or local journalist video to make this news trustworthy. Nahi to ZeeNews or tumme kya hi difference hai
Since BJP will not fall short of politicising & marketing this, my suggestion to @BJP4India@narendramodi to do this by sending all BJP workers to J&K in supporting & helping locals rebuild their homes & economy. It sends a positive message & regains confidence in locals.
🔴#BREAKING | BJP to launch nationwide 10-day Tiranga Yatra from May 13 to May 23; Aims to reach out to every citizen, highlighting the achievements of Operation Sindoor
Cheap @BJP4India this is not the time for playing your dirty politics. Are your party workers or politicans fighting the war on border, instead of praising Armed Forces you do this. All opposition parties & citizens are standing united & your media team does this.
The message to the enemies is loud and clear. 𝐃𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐮𝐬!
Unlike the UPA regime’s passivity, New India has no patience for futile peace talks. #OperationSindoor

Last night was a nightmare for Indians both in India and abroad. According to the media, all Indian airports were closed, causing widespread panic. Some people queued up at petrol stations to fill up, others withdrew cash from ATMs, and many began stocking up on essentials.
People woke up today to find that, for the most part, it was a normal night across the country except few cities under drone attack and firing. Our Army was doing their job diligently. So what triggered all this panic?
Over the last decade, India's news media has been systematically dismantled by the BJP and its cronies.
Ground reporting in India comes with real costs; hiring reporters, sending camera crews to the field, arranging travel, equipment, and safety; all of which can easily run into lakhs of rupees per story. In contrast, many so-called "news" channels today avoid these expenses altogether. Instead, they run studio-based debates and scripted narratives aligned with the political interests of Narendra Modi and the BJP. This low-cost, high-volume model has fuelled a fake news epidemic, where shouting matches replace journalism, and ground truth is sacrificed for TRPs and propaganda.
For these channels, the news is supplied by a single source: Hiren Joshi.
So who is Hiren Joshi?
Hiren Joshi is a close associate of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and has been linked with the BJP since Modi's tenure as Gujarat Chief Minister. Originally an electronics engineer and academic, Joshi transitioned into politics by managing Modi’s digital and media strategies from 2008 onward. Within the BJP, he played a key role in shaping the party’s online outreach and communication campaigns, particularly during elections. As Media Adviser in the PMO, he continues to oversee Modi’s digital presence and multilingual communications, making him a crucial figure in the BJP’s media ecosystem.
Hiren Joshi and his team now control much of India's mainstream media.
Independent media typically survives on government and private advertisements, or through subscriptions. The government and its allies ensure that independent outlets are starved of funding by blocking government ads and pressuring private companies to withhold theirs. This forces many media owners to either toe the government line or sell out to conglomerates like Adani or Ambani, often after being targeted with false cases and harassment. Take NDTV's Pranoy Roy's false case which forced them to sell to Adani. Now the case is closed for the lack of evidence.
As the credibility of mainstream media deteriorates, a growing number of independent journalists, activists, and content creators have stepped in to fill the void. This has become a serious threat to the BJP. Seizing the opportunity created by the current war-related panic, the government has not only banned Pakistani handles but also used the "opportunity in crisis" to target Indian journalists who consistently question the Modi government. For example, @ppbajpai's YouTube channel was banned just days ago.
Punya Prasun Bajpai is a veteran journalist who has worked with leading news outlets like Aaj Tak, Zee News, and ABP News. He is the only journalist to have received the Ramnath Goenka Award in both TV and print categories, in 2006 and 2008. Bajpai is also the author of six books.
In 2018, he was forced to resign from ABP News after his show 'Masterstroke' criticized Prime Minister Modi. The program revealed that women praising the Prime Minister on air had actually been coached. Following this, his show experienced strange disruptions, advertisers pulled out, and he was instructed not to mention Modi on air. Feeling censored and pressured, he was forced to resign, raising serious concerns about press freedom and the silencing of independent journalism.
What happened yesterday may have been triggered by Hiren Joshi's phone running out of battery, or him switching it off. Without inputs from their only source, these channels lost their script and descended into chaos, like drug addicts suffering withdrawal. They aired completely imagined stories, using visuals from video games and other fabricated content.
But the real damage they’re doing to the country is immeasurable. They are systematically destroying India’s credibility in the global stage. By projecting India as a volatile, unsafe place, they are undermining investor confidence and making it an undesirable destination for both business and tourism. The damage can’t be undone by counter-propaganda, because day by day, the Indian public is witnessing that what appears in the media is largely bunkum. Economic data has already been exposed as doctored. Now, with national security being used as propaganda fodder, we’re distorting our image both domestically and internationally beyond repair.
Foreign tourists will hesitate to visit a country portrayed as a warzone.
Foreign businesses will be reluctant to invest in such a climate.
Dear readers,
This is the time to act, and to be decisive.
Support media which you think are independent and questions the Govt. Demand that the government unblock legitimate Indian channels that question those in power. This is the only way to win the war against disinformation and fake news! And if you don't, this monster is going to consume us and there won't be any opportunity to left to course correct. Jai Hind!
Given the uncertain situation and lack of clarity over the situation in the coming weeks - aspirants already under massive duress + preparation for mock drills when they should really be doing mock tests -
there is a strong case for postponing the upsc prelims exam to a date with more predictable situation.
RT if you support it.
