@AmazonHelp received toilet paper rolls in 2 ply, description given 3 ply, after every 2nd sheet 3rd & 4th sheet damaged. Mfg defect. Return dt expired. Observed the defect on using. Hence could not return in time. Nothing printed inside the core. No response from Cust care.

Why fly by chopper to Delhi to meet the PM when a regular Air India flight could have done the job? Such unnecessary waste of fuel and public resources sends the wrong message at a time when conservation is being preached to citizens. Ridiculous!

@AmazonUK Amazon charges a ₹5 “platform fee” on orders. Even when Amazon itself cancels the order, they still deduct the ₹5 and refund only the balance. Quite a clever way to make money without any investment.
