You are lucky yours was done on 2 days. It will be 3 weeks for me if nothing happens by Monday

@NYSLabor I understand the issue with volume and having a hard time getting through. What I don't understand is being put on hold for over 45 min and then cut off.

@NYSLabor The call center is a disaster. I' ve called over 150 times the past 3 days. And got through 3 times. Twice I was put on hold for over 45min and was cut off. 3rd time my problem was supposed to have been rectified sad to say it was not.

@NYSLabor I am on UI and have not received payments since February 14th. I called and was told to call back next week as NY DOL has not received direction from the Federal Government on the FPUC benefits through 9/5/21.

@HomeDepot Just ordered curbside pick up. The “I’m here” link didn’t work. So after 7 months I went into a store and the mess continued. Staff meandering around, masks not covering noses.
I will never order or shop at your store again.

@NYCMayor Heres another branch hanging since Tuesday 8/4 over a sidewalk on a main street. At least close the sidewalk so people don't walk under it. How much effort does it take to tape off the sidewalk? Where are my taxes going again?

@NYCMayor This branch has been resting on wires above the sidewalk since the storm Tuesday 8/4. 311 has been contacted at least 3 times and closed the ticket without action. I guess NYC waits until someone gets hurt and sues the city? Why am I paying NYC taxes again?

@Walmart How do I get a refund on a food item that was delivered opened and had to be discarded. The oatmeal I purchased was all over the shipping container. Your website does not have an option for this. I asked to be contacted via email about this but never heard back from you
