Did you know LACC has cookbooks you can borrow from the library? We focus on cookbooks produced in Latin America & the Caribbean, with some by celebrity chefs like Patti Jinich.
This is what 50,000 reels of microfilm look like! UF librarians in the 1950s & 60s filmed newspapers in Caribbean libraries, bringing heavy camera equipment with them by boat & sometimes airplane. We call this project "Librarian on a Boat". 📰🛫⛵️ #Smathers100
