Epstein was close to Bitcoin funding channels, early developers and political figures who now influence crypto regulation.

- MIT Funding

Epstein sent at least $750,000–$850,000 to MIT between 2002 and 2017.

Part of this money supported the MIT Digital Currency Initiative (DCI), the group that paid Bitcoin Core developers during a funding crisis.

(This happened when the Bitcoin Foundation ran out of money)

- Developer Connection

The DCI was paying people like Gavin Andresen, Wladimir van der Laan, and Cory Fields.

Epstein visited MIT nine times.

He met staff privately.
His name was hidden internally.
They called him “Voldemort.”

Senior MIT officials approved the funding quietly.

- The Manhattan Meeting

Emails show a meeting inside Epstein’s Manhattan mansion with:

Brock Pierce (early Bitcoin investor, later co-founder of Tether)

Larry Summers (former US Treasury Secretary)

They discussed Bitcoin long before it was mainstream.

Summers said Bitcoin had “opportunities,” but worried about his reputation if the price collapsed.

- Steve Bannon Connection

In 2018 Epstein emailed Steve Bannon asking how crypto taxes worked.

He wanted advice on:

- receiving coins
- paying with coins
- distributing coins
- avoiding campaign finance rules

Bannon replied “On it” and connected him to FEC experts and crypto veterans.

- Peter Thiel Emails

In 2014 Epstein exchanged emails with Peter Thiel.

They discussed Bitcoin classification and regulation.

Epstein compared Bitcoin to a blurred boundary between property and currency.

This was years before crypto regulation became a mainstream issue.

- Political Figures Now in Power

Epstein files also mention Kevin Warsh, Trump’s new Fed Chair, listed as a potential invite in a 2010 email.

No evidence he met Epstein, but the name appears.

Howard Lutnick, now US Commerce Secretary and CEO of Cantor Fitzgerald (Tether’s banking partner), appears in 2012 travel records linked to Epstein’s island.

- Early Crypto Research

Epstein’s Amazon logs show he bought books on:

- Bitcoin
- Ethereum
- blockchain
- negotiation strategy

This was in 2017

And none of this was public until now.

President Trump just made it official: he’s sending in troops to Portland, Oregon to crush the Antifa domestic terrorists who have turned an American neighborhood into a literal war zone — while city leaders look the other way.

For MONTHS, Antifa has laid siege to the ICE detention facility in Portland. Night after night, rioters show up armed with Molotov cocktails, bricks, lasers, and explosives. They vandalize federal property, launch assaults on ICE agents, and terrorize the community.

👉 The streets are filled with constant smoke, tear gas, and explosions.
👉 Residents can’t sleep because of the chaos every single night.

Imagine being a journalist covering the riots, hit in the head with a brick, bleeding, and being told by emergency services: “Sorry, we can’t help you unless you drag yourself three blocks away.” That’s what’s happening in Portland.

The residents are furious. They’re trapped in a nightly battle they never asked for, abandoned by the very leaders sworn to protect them.

President Trump says ENOUGH. He’s authorizing “Full Force, if necessary” to protect ICE, secure federal facilities, and most importantly — to defend the innocent Americans that Portland politicians left behind.

This isn’t “peaceful protest.” This is domestic terrorism.
And if the Mayor and Governor won’t protect their own people, Trump will.
