Building on the 2024 @ITU report “The State of Broadband: Leveraging AI for Universal Connectivity,” this white paper makes a clear case: the transformative power of #AI cannot be fully realized without comprehensive, resilient, and #secure #digital #connectivity.

As AI reshapes economies, #governance, and societies, the report explores the vital, reciprocal relationship between AI and digital networks, showing how AI depends on robust infrastructure to function and, in turn, helps optimize and secure the very networks it needs.

Without coordinated action, the uneven adoption of AI risks deepening the global digital divide, leaving developing economies further behind. Together, we’re calling for stronger partnerships to ensure no one is left out of this connected, intelligent future.
