The only reason why "embarrassment" is your instant primal response is because you've subconsciously layered me as your "competition".

I am not your competition. No one should be your competition. YOU are YOUR competition.

Every single day you wake up, make efforts and improved yourself by 1% - you've won.

I started competing daily with myself over 15 years ago - I saw no other person and I was winning daily.

I share this as an intro because the most substantial redirect a man's life can take is dependent on his perspective.

- How you see things
- why you see things the way you see them.

If I leave a pair of scissors on the table.
A seamstress would instantly think about clothes & a surgeon would see a splicing instrument.

Both perspectives however relatively valid, are an expression of their individual inputs.

Inputs are shaped by who you listen to, who your fashion your life after, your repeated actions that have now become habits.

When you see others with edges you admire - instead of selfdevaluation, you ask yourself:
- how did they get there?
- what did they have to do to get there?
- how can I replicate?
- what is my first step?

When you admire a person's writing skills - your primal response shouldn't be embarrassment?

"How did they get there?"
- Read more
- Expand the range of books you consume
- Write more
- Spend time with high level podcasts
- Attend high level seminars
- Be intentional who you follow and listen to
- Watch what you give your mental space to.

You can acknowledge the mental, physical, financial superiority of others without necessarily feeling inferior. This is the ultimate litmus test of ESTEEM because you sef no small.

There are people more handsome, more academically sound, more intelligent than I am. I acknowledge it.

BUT I am not inferior to them. They wouldn't say anything, do anything, carry a task the way I would because in the world of competition, there's only one person I see.
