We joined the commemoration of the Uganda Martyrs at the Basilica of Notre-Dame d’Afrique, the very place from which the first missionaries who evangelized E. Africa were commissioned before setting forth on their mission

Uganda is proudly participating in the African Youth Camp organized by Algeria’s Ministry of Youth. 🇺🇬🌍

Today’s activities included a tree-planting exercise in Naâma, led by the Minister of Youth, promoting environmental conservation and Pan-African unity. 🌱

Another group of 10 newly awarded Ugandan students arrived safely this morning, bringing the total no. of arrivals so far to 183. The remaining few students are expected to arrive shortly
They will be dispatched to their respective wilayas today, accompanied by their wilaya heads

Yesterday, the Delegate of Ugandan Students in Blida, with senior students, officially welcomed the new Ugandan students awarded the 2025/26 scholarship at the University of Blida. The event included orientation, guidance on academic and cultural life, and ended with a dinner.
