What do you love the most about Coffee Hour?
Soukaina: That communication brings us together! A lot of people get surprised when I tell them that I'm African, so I enjoy breaking stereotypes as well as changing my own attitudes about other cultures!

Since this is your first Coffee Hour, what's your first impression?
Jensi: I originally came to support my friends doing the Tinikling dance for FSA, but I think Coffee Hour is really fun; I love the atmosphere and everyone's really nice!

Which office works directly with UGA students/alumni to provide guidance for admission into law, medical, dental, veterinary, optometry schools, and health/nursing programs?
Yep, it's The Pre-Professional Advising Office, at the bottom of Memorial Hall!

What resonates with you the most about Coffee Hour?
Swaraj: Meeting many great people, even from different departments, and getting to see friends who I don't normally get to see. But we still get coffee here, even though it's a busy weekday!

Nalini: Meeting new people and learning about their diverse experiences. Also getting introduced to a lot of cool music in different languages that I probably wouldn't have been able to find by myself!

Yunju: I get to experience a lot of different cultures that I wouldn't have been able to outside of Coffee Hour! While I might not be able to learn deeply about every one, I love dipping my toes into it
