ugc has been a dead end for me so far I apply for gigs on twitter, upwork, and even reach out on my own and I have only gotten gifted collabs idk what could be the problem

QUICK GUYS how do I go about negotiating a deal. I would like to work with the brand but they are offering $160 for 4 videos which is way too low. They want the videos posted on my profile for a minimum of 12 mons as well! Please give me ideas on what to say.
