Just get the app Muse and connect it to your email. then you can schedule tasks, or automate it to contact you when receiving an inbound. And you can program it with your rates so it can suggest what to respond back.

What I did is use Claude to ask questions to about how to best set up mine for my work flow

Muse is actually crazy. I've only been using it for a few weeks but the email integration feature is sick. It alerts me when I receive an inbound, prices the deal, and then drafts up a response that I can send directly in the app.

So many new AI tools for UGC im overwhelmed🤣
