@KeptByMercy @WESCanada This is the same thing I’m facing, to think the other organization won’t believe that @WESCanada is actually frustrating us and we have no control over it. People pay for service and go through mental stress.

Hi @WESCanada my upgrade has been pending for over a month. I was told it would take 2 weeks, then 24–48 hours, but I’m still waiting. My previous evaluation was already completed, and this delay is affecting my mental health. Could someone please review my case?
