We are all shocked and saddened to learn of the passing of Ken Block, the father, husband, and legend we knew. Our thoughts are with his family and friends during this sad time.

@Debenhams @CitizensAdvice what can I do here to get my money back? @Debenhams have not fufiled their delivery of my order. Evri have claimed to have delivered to a locker but my tracking still says 'Out for delivery' for nearly 2 weeks. I have no code. They are now ignoring my messages.

@Debenhams I placed an order with you a few weeks ago. After one failed attempt to deliver to a locker last Thurs the delivery driver has now had it marked as Out for Delivery Fri 12-13 since Friday morning. I cannot get hold of anyone from evri about this...

@Debenhams avoid them at all costs! The suggestion from their "customer service" for the delivery that has been with Evri for days is that I reorder just incase it doesn't turn up. 😂 They have breached the Consumer Rights Act and that is their response?! Just give me a refund!
