Had a mini reunion w my lawschool batch and while they are good people and we shared happy memories, seeing them brings back all the trauma I got from being a law student.

The problem is this.

Terrorizing was a priority over teaching.

We carry that even after passing the bar.

It is a sick notion that lawyers should twist things in anyone's favor. That is not a badge of good lawyering but an unethical practice. It is a violation of the oath we took. Our aim is not to win but seek what is just and proper.

As lawyers, our job is to tell what u need to hear, not what u want to hear. If hindi pabor ang opinyon sa inyo, be thankful for the honesty. Our job is to help you know what is lawful and right at hindi lang kampihan kayo. Hindi namin kaya itama ang sa simula pa lang ay mali na.

why do some lawyers antagonize other lawyers when they act for and on behalf of their clients? we are brothers and sisters in the profession and we can discuss without getting personal besides these are causes of our clients not personally ours
