@wellness_24X7 "400+ Stores in Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh", and you cannot deliver a single strip of a commonly used diabetes medication , in a place like Mumbai. Have been looking for itsdelivery since 9.1.26. Its Illness m not wellness.

Why do you promise 2hr delivery, while ordering, and once payment is done, the time element changes. Your cust serv person said she would recommend an urgent delivery. No such thing happened. Totally unacceptable behaviour. Where is my order ? Kindly chk.

@wellness_24X7 when I order medicine, and it is expected before 11pm the following day, I expect some updates during the day. Senior citizens find online ordering convenient. No updates, no calls and no deliveries. These are medicines, not grocery.

@SwiggyInstamart order 0220149709055684, incl milk , dahi etc received half an hour ago, was packed in paper bags so badly, without any plasticsupport for wet items, that the paper delivery bag split in the doorway. Completely unacceptable. no help. why?

@wellness_24X7 I ordered at 8.51. Prepaid. Am told the delivery is by 10.51. No sign no msg till 11.30. Cust support says, staff comes at 1 pm delivery by 2 pm. They didn't know this earlier.? Am ordering prescription medication, not cosmetics. Unacceptable.

@dhanashree0910 I've always thought that these branded bags are actually copies of what you always got on linking road and hill rd. There is severe lack of design. I guess those Page-3 who dare not appear on Linking Rd carry these outlandishly priced bags.
