Things like those who didn't knew of Islam- or children of the kuffar- are specified matters, i'm speaking generally.

I never said "so and so will go to hell", i said "only muslims can go to Jannah", which is true.

The two other categories you speak of are specified matters, generally? Kuffar will go to hell.

Those who didn't knew of Islam will be tested in the hereafter- if he passed, then he became a muslim, for example.

We judged by what is apparent, if a kaffir dies, then we should be certain hell awaits him. The rest? Only Allah knew.

If someone you knew died as a kaffir, then you have to be certain they'll go to hell. However- that doesn't mean you could be inconsiderate of their family's grief.
