@AmazonUK absolute joke of customer service this evening , received a text message , an email and an Amazon app alert to say my grocery order wouldn’t be delivered despite being one stop away . Went through customer service got assured best bet was refund to Amazon balance ….

Then the final person I spoke to claimed to not have access to the previous chat and said the inconvenience credit wouldn’t happen as it’s not policy despite being promised it initially in the chat logs

Plus also offered £15 for inconvenience . Got transferred several times after that including going through the whole system again with a callback and got nothing other than some emails saying I could ring back after the 16th for a grocery order and request a refund then …
