@Delta I've explained my issue in my last 5 tweets. Flight delayed and I couldn't book a new flight. The people were super rude. They let people cut the line. They refused to give me a food voucher. I understand thngshappen but gate 7 at pwm and the lady at the ticket counter.

@delta so I go to the ticket counter in pwm and ur staff is no better. I've been waiting for 2 hours to get any help. I tell the lady downstairs and she said I've been here 2 hours also. It's her job to be here.
