then with rsync it would copy everything initially, but afterwards copy only the changed files/folders.

adding the passwd is not secure. i want to right a backup(.)sh but would need the sshpass isnt it?

scp/pscp from windows to linux.
when i make a backup it would re-copy the data to the destination and overwrite the files in the destination, and add anything new

i don't read anywhere that you can put an argument to only copy files over that has been changed. what am i missing?
