गढ़वा से कोलकाता के बीच चलने वाली मुन्ना ट्रैवल्स की बस के कंडक्टर पर निमियाघाट थाना (गिरिडीह) में पदस्थापित ASI सत्येंद्र कुमार द्वारा जानलेवा हमला किए जाने की सूचना प्राप्त हुई है।

प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार, ASI सत्येंद्र कुमार के परिजन गढ़वा से बस में सफर कर रहे थे। एजेंट ने उनसे टिकट के पैसे ले लिए थे। इसी बात से नाराज होकर ASI ने गिरिडीह जिले में GT रोड पर बस का पीछा कर उसे रुकवाया और टिकट के पैसे को लेकर कंडक्टर जाहिद आलम के साथ मारपीट की। घटना के बाद उन्हें धमकियां भी दी गईं। गंभीर रूप से घायल जाहिद आलम अस्पताल में भर्ती हैं। दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण बात यह है कि उन्हें देखने अस्पताल जा रहे उनके भाई की भी सड़क दुर्घटना में मृत्यु हो गई।

बस मालिक ने जिले के एसपी से संपर्क करने की कई बार कोशिश की, लेकिन उनकी बात सुनना भी मुनासिब नहीं समझा गया।

@HemantSorenJMM जी, पुलिस की इस गुंडागर्दी के कारण एक परिवार पर विपत्तियों का पहाड़ टूट पड़ा है। क्या पुलिस वालों के परिजनों से बस का भाड़ा लेना अपराध है? आप तो अल्पसंख्यक समाज के बड़े हितैषी बनने का दावा करते हैं, लेकिन क्या सत्ता के संरक्षण में वसूली और मुफ्तखोरी के आगे आपके सारे दावे खोखले नहीं हो जाते?

मामले का तत्काल संज्ञान लीजिए। आरोपी ASI के खिलाफ निष्पक्ष जांच कराकर उस पर अपराधिक मुक़दमा दर्ज कर कठोर कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित कीजिए और एसपी की भूमिका की भी जांच कराइए।

हम पुलिस एशोसियेशन वालों से भी अनुरोध कर रहे हैं कि इनदिनों राज्य में आमलोगों पर एक के बाद एक आये दिन पुलिस की बेरहम एवं बर्बरतापूर्ण कार्रवाई का संज्ञान लें। अपने सदस्यों से कहें कि वे क़ानून के दायरे में रहकर काम करें। जहाँ तक मेरी समझ है कि एशोसियेशन का काम न सिर्फ़ पुलिसवालों के साथ किसी असंयमित कारवाई का विरोध करना है बल्कि उन्हें ग़लत काम करने वाले अपने सदस्यों को भी क़ानून के दायरे में रहकर काम करने की नसीहत देनी चाहिए।
