Myanmar refuses to take #Rohingyas back. Amidst persecution, arbitrarily throwing Asylum seekers & refugees in detention without due process of law constitutes persecution & is against every international law instrument and the constitution of India.

@shaileshpoddar@SwiggyCares Thank you Shailesh! I'm so glad that so many people supported me with this. I really hope Swiggy takes this seriously and it doesn't repeat with anyone.
Hey @SwiggyCares I ordered food and the delivery partner requested to use my toilet which I allowed. He stayed there long and then came out scanning my whole room. He started coming close and repeatedly asked "are you scared of me?". He was very creepy.
@SwiggyCares Yes please do. Sensitise your delivery partners on the issue. And please train @SwiggyCares to not gaslight me and moral police me for letting a person use washroom which is basic courtesy.
Ordering food should not be a safety concern just because I'm a woman living alone.
@SwiggyCares conveniently reversed the blame on me. Why is swiggy having such delivery partners who compromise my safety? I'm now alone in my house and I'm worried that he may come back or harm me in any way. Is it so wrong that I ordered food a bit late in the evening?
It was around 10:00 PM ish and yes I was wearing a pair of shorts and was alone at home. He made me feel extremely unsafe. When I called your customer care, they preached to me that I must not let anyone inside my house when I'm alone and I should be "careful next time"
I'm so glad @SreenivasanJain asked her the #Rohingya question & brilliantly persisted with the distinction between a refugee and an illegal migrant. He very clearly stated that #AAP and #BJP both have the same perverse stand on Rohingya refugees. Of course, #Atishi had no answers
There is little evidence to suggest Rohingya refugees in India pose a grave security threat.
So why does the Aam Aadmi Party echo the BJP's Islamophobic rhetoric against the Rohingyas, I ask @AtishiAAP?

As #DelhiElection2025 approach, the indecency of #AAP and the union continue to stoop lower each day. Their cowardice stands exposed as they target poor Rohingya children to pitch their election campaign. I write for the Leaflet.
