Flight no. SG-681 was scheduled at 21:00 hr but flight is delayed by 1 hr. After boarding the plane at 22.00 hrs. The engine of plane got issue and still they are trying to solve the issue. AC is also not working.

@flyspicejet kindly provide at refreshment at least.
Cabin crew is denying to give any refreshment after being waited without AC for 2 hr.
