UPDATE: @Flipkart has now processed the refund of ₹54,606 on the app because of their own failure. But what about the ₹13,000 ICICI bank discount that I lost completely because of your delivery agent's absolute defiance?

If I buy this laptop tomorrow from the market, I have to pay ₹13,000 extra out of pocket. Your operational failure has caused me a direct financial loss and a week of mental harassment. A simple refund does not make up for this!

I am not closing my National Consumer Helpline grievance. @FlipkartSupport, I demand compensation/vouchers worth ₹13,000 for the loss caused by your fraud cancellation. Do not think a basic refund settles your deficiency of service!

@TataMotors road side assistance is worst service provided by company. Don't buy vehicle on the name of tata motors. Safari owner and dumping it within 1 year of purchase. No more tatamotors pv vehicle in the future.
