@SnapmintEmi Hey! Got a notification of an EMI deduction bounce when that was not the case, so paid manually & then the auto debit deducted the amount again. Is that not fraud? Sending a false sms stating bounce? How does this work? You have no email/contact number … 1/2

@AppleSupport So, in further continuation of my earlier tweets, what is perplexing is tht ur service centre asked me 2 pay ₹87,875 for repairs & I’ve managed 2 get it done through a service wing of a major electronics firm here for ₹11,800. That is 13% of ur charge. @tim_cook

@AppleSupport @tim_cook maybe it’s cause u guys r running a joke in the name of a service centre? So, the update is that I took my unit back & approached 1 of these so called unauthorised centres. First time ever. Got my unit back, repaired, original Apple spares for ₹11,800.

@AppleSupport @tim_cook So, when confronted on the so called diagnosis of unauthorised internal access of the iPhone, I ask them 2 answer. Maybe it’s because they gave me an out of box maybe refurbished piece? Is it a scam? Was the box piece sold 4 full value to another customer?

@AppleSupport @tim_cook I then ask to speak to the manager of the centre and am told he is off duty. I ask for his contact details and my request is declined. So, who’s in charge ? Also the iCare number on your web page listing for this centre does not work. Brilliant !

@AppleSupport @tim_cook you forget you get emails to your cloud email account for all transactions. So, I opened my email from 2019 that underlines what I have told them and mentions this very centres name as a pick-up place for my iPhone. They then act as if they have no clue.
