The Court of Session says the policy is unlawful.
The Supreme Court says sex means biological sex.
Yet John Swinney still won't change course.
Why is he allowed to get away with it?
Rats jumping ship already.
Pathetic. David Lammy is fawning and gushing over the very man who just ousted his close friend and boss from Downing Street. No loyalty whatsoever. These Labour careerists only ever look after themselves first.
Lammy:
“I’ve known Andy Burnham for over 25 years… We were both protégés of the late Tessa Jowell… I supported him for one of his previous bids to become leader… He has my full support.”
Desperately reminiscing about the old days and loudly reminding everyone he backed Burnham before.
🤮 Utterly shameless. The whole lot of them.
The disgusting speed of their pivot to the new power in town shows exactly what “principles” these people actually have.
Disgraceful.
I think it's time to end this theatre. If an MP can't sincerely swear the Oath of Allegiance, they shouldn't take their seat. Crossing their fingers while mouthing words makes a mockery of the procedure. If they oppose the Constitution, let them say so and bear the consequences.
When BBC News interviewed me after my arrest, they spent half the time trying to correct me when I said 'men'.
"You mean transwomen" the interviewer kept saying, as if there was a difference.
Our quality of politicians is so low grade
Why is she twerking her head like a petulant teenager?
These are the best of Britain to represent British people?
Seven PMs in ten years. And hundreds of these people are the cavalry.
Britain does not need another Prime Minister. It needs a completely different political philosophy.
The government borrowed £23.3 billion in May and the political class still thinks the answer is more borrowing, more tax and more state control. Just read that again, in one month, the Labour government borrowed £23.3 BILLION, which is almost as much as was borrowed during the entire 18/19 fiscal year (£23.5 billion).
Britain will not last another 3 years of Socialism.
This is not a surprise … Labour wants our free press to be state regulated, so you only see ‘trusted’ news.
This is straight from the UN’s “information integrity” playbook!
Governments are NOT the arbiters of truth and a liberal democracy cannot exist with a ‘free’ press serving the state.
Dark times ⚠️
UK Govts bought by the finance industry.
Chancellor wanted the Supreme Court to go easy on compensation for the car loan scandal.
After rebuffing, wanted emergency legislation to shield lenders.
No impulse to shield people from energy, water, rents.

Vote SNP and this is what you get. Another embarrassing clown, a privately educated one at that. She previously worked for privately educated Kirsty Blackman, a university drop out who has never had a job…..the SNP sure attract them……what an embarrassment to Scotland.
One of the most-read stories on the Telegraph website today – with close to 2,500 comments.
Why has it struck such a chord?
Could it be that the public are growing tired of being branded “bigoted” for expressing perfectly reasonable opinions?
And for acknowledging that women and girls have rights?
Perhaps this level of engagement tells us something the activists, corporations and institutions have been reluctant to hear.

Remember this when the Left whine about how dangerous it is for men to be placed in men’s prisons. Protective custody is too dangerous for men who identify as women, but actual women can be locked in a cell with a male rapist and it’s perfectly fine.
18-year-old Millie Taplin became seriously ill after accepting a drink from a man at a UK nightclub. After just a few sips, she lost control of her body and was rushed to the hospital
Doctors suspected her drink had been spiked with two unknown substances. She later recovered, and her mother shared the footage as a warning to others
This is a great point by Mike Tapp.
If Andy Burnham becomes Labour leader and then Prime Minister without a general election, millions of British voters won't have voted for him, or even know who he is.
That's not how democracy should work.
A change of Prime Minister through an internal party coup should automatically trigger a General Election.
Rachel Reeves will depart No 11 with her reputation in tatters @RachelReevesMP has nothing to show for her time in No 11 apart from boarded-up shops, a looming debt crisis & surging unemployment, especially for young people struggling to start their careers.

Aw the Tims in the comments saying rangers hate the national team. We don’t. It’s possible to support the team but still think the manager is an utter bellend. The two aren’t mutually exclusive.
Guys a wank, end of.
Bloody hell, sometimes I just can't believe what I'm hearing.
David Lammy just said Keir Starmer's legacy is “immense.”
Then, even more laughably, he went on to say he's been “loyal to every Labour leader." 😂
“Transgender ideology is not a grassroots movement bubbling up from the people. It is a top-down ideology imposed despite widespread public resistance...”
