@ThePoke Welcome to the Liberation Sale
We have goods from all over the world at prices cheaper than last year (excludes USA)
everything from EV’s from China to Canadian Crude Oil – grab a bargain, local taxes may apply, excludes USA, North Korea and Russia
@ThePoke "Boris Johnson warned ‘freeloading’ Brits not to take advantage of Donald Trump and the world’s irony supplies hit critical lows"
Ah well, if anyone knows about ‘freeloading’ it’s Boris, from Holidays to Wallpaper this man has had freeloaded his entire life
@ThePoke
Rumour has it that the latest in the Star Wars series is in production, unofficial title The Empire Divided featuring Darth Musk and Emperor Incomprehensible as they turn their dark forces on neighbouring galaxies in a bid to take their resources
– One fiction too far?

The gift that keeps on giving
LT note, Democracy worked, and the people sacked you as unfit.
Nothing wrong with democracy only with the people who don't like it
The Davos elite float from one job to another and are never held to account for their failures. Case in point @MarkJCarney.
Proper democracy and accountability need to be restored.
It's happening in the US.
Let' s make it happen in Canada, Britain and Europe.
@BBCr4today@Emmabarnett "Personally I'm quite proud." Heathrow CEO
So proud that the resilience planning worked and protected the critical systems – a pity that these critical systems were wasted as the rest of the functionality was paralysed.
This is not resilience it is a farce
@Reuters Critical Infrastructure paralyzed by a single substation fire!
This looks like tick box redundancy planning without real world testing. Resilience on a shoestring doesn’t work!
Investment v Cost of major failure - they gambled & lost
The same story so many times, typical of UK
@BBCPolitics "Matt Hancock criticises 'wholly naive' and 'hostile' Covid inquiry"
Maybe, but only hostile to those who cheated lied & profiteered out of the crisis
About time someone got to grips with the Westminster Corruptati & brought some justice for the victims
To The Tower with 'em all

Led By Donkeys is 100% funded by small donations.

Elon Musk threw his weight behind a US exit from NATO, saying on his social media platform that it `doesn’t make sense for America to pay for the defense of Europe' https://t.co/DIPgHPXB7t
@thetimes "For just £1 for 3 months enjoy fresh new insights from our top journalists this March."
Maybe asking for a £1 donation not to publish anything by Clarkson for 3 months would be more successful
@MartinSLewis
I'm puzzled
Chase Bank spent a lot of effort & investment incentivising new customers, then it required a min £1500 per month to get cash back, it cut interest rates to 3% & now restricting the cash back even more, seemingly actively driving customers away

Fujitsu swore it wouldn’t bid for public contracts until the Horizon scandal inquiry wrapped up. And yet a new £300k MoD deal just landed in its lap, right after £15m in Home Office contracts. Their “no-bid” pledge is looking more like a PR stunt riddled with loopholes.

Tories decide to attack Vance after VP said American economic interests from Minerals deal will be better security guarantee than “20,000 troops from some random country that hasn’t fought a war in 30 or 40 years."
Shadow defence secretary James Cartlidge:
“NATO Article 5 has been invoked once - on 12/9/01 by the USA, after 9/11. Britain and France came to their aid deploying 1,000s of personnel to Afghanistan, including numerous parliamentary colleagues, past & present. It’s deeply disrespectful to ignore such service & sacrifice.”
@SkyNews "The US pauses military aid to Ukraine as Donald Trump pushes for a peace deal"
May the ghost of every man woman and child who die (Russian and Ukrainian) due to his petulance visit Trump every night and torment his soul (if he has one) until he sees the error of his ways.
