Socialist fighting for Worker Empowerment. Egalitarian fighting for equality. Eurosceptic Socialist Brexit! No champagne socialists or centrists please! #BLM
Absolutely vile. The Saudi regime continues this endless massacre upon the people of Yemen, and our government funds them with weapons. I am sickened and shocked!
During all my years as a trade union solicitor, one thing was clear: workers don’t go on strike unless it’s their last resort to get justice.
Tower Hamlets Council workers on strike to defend their terms & conditions have my full solidarity. They shouldn’t be treated like this.
Great support for the #BlackLivesMatter event in Archway today.
As Desmond Tutu once said, “if you are neutral in situations of injustice, you have chosen the side of the oppressor.”
Now is the time to stand internationally in solidarity with all those fighting racism.
The Government was too slow to lockdown.
Now they are rushing re-opening sectors of the economy, risking people's health and safety.
People and health must come before private profit.
It makes me upset to see die hard labour supporters shame and insult the working class. Labour was established as a party for the working class. It is open to all classes, but if you are from higher classes and insult the working class, do not call yourself a socialist please.
@dingwallman@VisibleOtter It’s because the Labour platform did a terrible job at targeting the working class. Which made it easy for right wing populism. If you keep blaming the working class for Labours defeat you will only push them away more. Labour was created for the working class!
