This is a significant change from the snacks, drinks & recruiting materials that were allowed prior.
@NCAA Coaches/staff may put together a “welcome bag” to give to prospect/their family members prior to arriving in their room. Can be provided to prospect/their family members upon check-in at hotel (by coach or hotel front desk staff) but cannot be in room in advance.
As PSAs begin campus visits, nonathletic facilities (e.g., hotel room) may not be decorated & athletic facilities may not be personalized. Recruiting materials/snacks may go in PSA’s hotel room (e.g., stack of papers, snack bag), but may not be arranged to create a decorated room
