The Comprehensive Listing Of All UK & Ireland Police & Ambulance Fixed Wing & Helicopter Operations. Volunteer for London's Air Ambulance. Views my own.
The June & March NPAS Strategic Board meetings show that a decision has been taken to “dispose of” two of the four P68R fixed wing aircraft.
The remaining two are part of the North East region user requirement.

@WheelsWingsRail Alas I’m not surprised at possible reductions - e.g. an NPCC document from December 2019 identified that (through demand analysis and feedback from forces) 8 of the current bases “could” operate less than 24/7 with “some” at 12/7, when paired regionally with a base that is 24/7.
The July 21st Notts PCC Strategic Resources and Performance Meeting included an NPAS update.
The East Midlands region have opted for air support being provided by an NPAS helicopter “primarily” based at East Midlands Airport, as part of a new agreement and operating model.
@Mikey_r1 It should be the latter; it is described as “partial”. At the start of 2021, a “full” NPAS fleet replacement (one of a number of options on the table at that point, before ‘London + 7’ was eventually selected) would have consisted of 21 new airframes in, and 19 old airframes out.
@CraigTracey1 No… it was de-registered June 21st, but isn’t on the Austrian searchable database (yet) and wasn’t included in the Austro Control June register supplement. I’d keep an eye on the July supplement, which shouldn’t be far away from being uploaded https://t.co/5o2jxKnubG
Air Rescue Channel Islands are working with a new operator “that can provide a slightly smaller but faster aircraft” - with the accompanying photo being of Sloane AW109SP G-TAAS.
It was due to visit this week for trials, however this has been cancelled.

Blueberry Aviation listed an air ambulance spec AW169 for sale earlier this month, with the photos showing it to be one of the (SAS) Children’s Air Ambulance airframes.
The main image is of G-TCAA, although a 2017 date aligns with G-PICU (as per G-INFO)

@rickingham89 It’s a Leonardo facility; may have included work that they were better placed to undertake. SAS 169s away with Leonardo happens occasionally, eg. MGPS at Cascina Costa over the winter of 2019/20. KSST returned from Liège this afternoon.
On its first operational day with KSS both of the online aircraft were in @sas_aviation colours; G-SASX starting the day as Helimed 21, and G-SASR as Helimed 60
