@SimonFoxWriter I didn't detect any decline in water, more places have sewage systems, coastal towns have sewage treatment works, so evidence of improvement in my eyes. East Coast Main Line improved a lot too with GNER.

@ghost_wales Trojan horse, road pricing has always been political suicide but now inflicting it on EVs will get by with the EV haters laughing, not realising they're next. Fuel duty of 5 or 6p/kWh is equivalent to petrol on an energy basis.
@leeroyjones73 Create an artificially low speed limit unsuited to the road then prosecute for exceeding it. When 20 mph was introduced it had to be self enforcing by traffic engineering.
@r2d22026 @exfatloss@realDaveFeldman When you have three different measures of the same thing you can't simply say there was or wasn't progression unless they all give similar results. One method showed only progression, the others showed both.
