I agree on management support, and the need to truly empower individual product teams to come up with their own OKRs and how they’ll achieve them.

Also a trend I’ve seen recently is sometimes the sheer amount of OKRs for a team to have! It’s just becoming another massive backlog/roadmaps of things to do!

Hey Dity, I hear what you're saying! PARA is an easy to understand framework, whereas CODE is an underlying mindset you need to follow for remarkable knowledge management.

PARA can quickly become too cumbersome if you don't follow CODE.

You'll see that the two compliment each other, with some elements of PARA introduced in my CODE Framework 😊
