@wizzair our flight - Bilbao-Luton - was cancelled back in April. Had to pay own taxis & flew 22 hrs later. We’ve still not been reimbursed or received the compensation due under EU Law. We have filed this claim on your website & followed up with email yet still no response!

@petsandfriends_ had terrible customer service & experience at your LIchfield branch. Asked what the complaints procedure was. Store manager said the regional mgr would be notified & contact me. 2 weeks later; nothing. Called store to speak to mgr twice & no return call. Rubbish

@CadentGasLtd the roadworks in Streethay LIchfield are a disgrace. @HS2ltd have closed the A38 slip road so the only way on to the Roman Heights Estate is via the roundabout that you have made 4 way for the next 10 days. 55 mins to get through. Change this please it’s ridiculous
