Even though approvals might have increased, the # of applications might have increased a lot too! According to the ATIP data for 2022 SP apps- refusal rate was 62%!

@palmpay_ng is enabling scammers in Nigeria. My mum was recently a victim and the scammer gave his PalmPay account details to a lot of her contacts. Some have fallen for it and all PalmPay can say is that they empathize with me or whoever has been scammed!

It is worrisome that FinTech Coys like @palmpay_ng make it so easy to open a bank account using any name without valid ID such as NIN & BVN in line with KYC.
