new water_caustic.glsl shader extracted from opensource Paper Shaders repo. I feel like the room temperature dropped by 2°C after I started using this shader
The Waypoint-1.5 technical paper is now live.
Waypoint-1.5 is a real-time video diffusion world model designed to run on consumer GPUs, bringing interactive world models closer to practical, accessible deployment.
Introducing InfiniteDiffusion, my independent paper accepted to #SIGGRAPH2026!
I have one RTX 3090 Ti. No funding, advisors, or team. By day I'm a new grad SWE at Walmart.
The paper has two main contributions:
- InfiniteDiffusion: a new approach to infinite generation with diffusion models.
- Terrain Diffusion: the world’s first learned procedural terrain generator.
Here’s why this matters, and how they are connected. 🧵
Done with the third phase of the EduOS AI engine.
built libeduos, a C library that the desktop and mobile apps will use to talk to the AI
right now it proxies requests from C over a Unix socket to the Python RAG engine from phase 2. phase 4 strips python out entirely and calls llama.cpp directly underneath. same API, faster runtime
the six public functions are locked. nothing above this layer ever changes again
check below for the github link 👇, feel free to ⭐
It's a testament to human innovation how much video encoding & compression has improved in the past few decades. It's crazy to think that when I was first making videos for youtube around 2008, 1080p 30fps video was like 1 gigabyte per minute. Now it's like 50mb lol.
I just released an all-in-one tool that lets you extract textures from any perspective, turn them into seamless textures, and use them on your 3D models.

Flutter 3.44 introduces Hybrid Composition++ (HCPP) as an opt-in feature.
HCPP delegates layer compositing to Android OS via Vulkan, syncing UI with native views. Expect high-performance scrolling, accurate touch, and reliable SurfaceView support. 🚀
SOMEONE TURNED THE IPHONE DYNAMIC ISLAND INTO A WORKING POLAROID CAMERA
the whole thing lives in your dynamic island.
> drag the island down to open the camera
> tap to snap, then it morphs and ejects the photo out of the slot
> the pic slowly develops like a real polaroid, and you shake your phone to reveal it faster
> every sound and interaction is mapped to haptics, so you feel each step
> fully native swift, and he spent a month keeping the whole app under 5mb
its called pico cam and its pure skeuomorphism done right
absolutely insane what you can do with codex now
A windfall is not automatically wealth. It only becomes wealth when it starts protecting you, paying you, and improving your ability to earn.
If you somehow find yourself with ₦20M, ₦100M, ₦1.4B or any amount of money you've never received as a lump sum before, your job is simple:
Make sure no one in your bloodline ever has to ask this question again.
Do not just spend it. Convert it into a system.
Here's how to think about it🧵
skipped posting day 19. was heads down.
built a compositor from scratch — background color, window borders, keyboard shortcuts. all in C.
woke up today and shipped a gtk4 app. not web, not mobile. desktop.
a gtk4 app running on a compositor you wrote yourself is the moment you stop being a user of technology and start being an author of it.
day 20 of 27. building EduOS solo.
I made a personal black hole that makes you take breaks 🕳️
A shader for Ghostty that spawns a small black hole in your terminal - it drifts around, gravitationally lensing your text. The longer you work without stopping, the bigger it gets, until it's basically demanding you go touch grass
Take a break and it quietly shrinks away
