Рішення Зеленського не відповідає закону

По-перше, міністром оборони має бути цивільна особа. Генерал-майор Євген Хмара є діючим військовослужбовцем.

По-друге, у разі вакантності посади міністра тимчасове виконання його обов’язків покладається на одного з його заступників. Це рішення ухвалює Кабінет Міністрів (своїм розпорядженням), а не Президент своїм указом.

Призначення повноцінного міністра оборони відбувається лише після того, як Президент вносить кандидатуру міністра оборони на розгляд Верховної Ради, а голосує та призначає його виключно Парламент.

Ця комедія в порядочєк втомила і набридла.

I'll just say it.

I'm glad that all Russians are suffering right now with gas shortages. Yes, all.

Some might argue. "oh but what about the poor crying woman who was apolitical and wasn't any part of the war these past 5 years?"

Let them suffer.

It's people like her that allowed Putin to continue his warcrimes, destruction of homes, taken lives and families for 5 years now in Ukraine.

Letting them "suffer" with the lack of Gas for their cars is nothing compared to what Ukrainians have suffered.

If this wakes up the majority of formerly "apolitical" Russians to turn on those who supported the war these past 5 years, it's working as intended.

I hope Russians suffer until the very last Ukrainian is freed and safe back in their homes and living in peace.
