@sparklightcares thank you for repairing the line in Northern Arizona. Is there still a problem with it? We stream TV and it is constantly buffering, much worse than before the line was cut. Yes I have rebooted the modem and router (more than once).

@UPS why do you have My Choice if you fail to follow instructions when the delivery address is asked to be changed? My package, which I asked to be delivered to my neighbours, has now been delivered to Michael’s. It is a huge inconvenience to say the least.
