@SimonCalder 1. LHR today. I landed on a BA A380 early, but there was a delay when at the gate as there were no staff to operate the Airbridge.

@SimonCalder 4. And the Chef’s Kiss - a 45 minute delay in getting the baggage from the plane to the Baggage Hall (with about two miles between the groups of toilets).

@SimonCalder 3. Whilst the majority of the E-gates for UK passport holders were actually working they still feel ‘clunky’ when you’re in the gate.

@MartinSLewis In my hometown my bank (HSBC Premier) has closed. My mother’s bank as I’m a LPA (Barclays) has closed. Our joint account for utilities (Nat West) is still open and my wife goes there to launder coins in their machine.
