@branfan91 Of course they have the right, that's self evident. What they don't have the right to is expect gran and grandad not to pitch in for one; they also don't have the right not to get criticised for being a spoiled brat.
@AaronBastani Wrong. Many pubs have meeting rooms and function rooms which are perfectly serviceable. It is absolutely well and good that the place people go for leisure combines with where they're expected to spend their free time out of work at meetings.
@PaulEmbery You also need a conflict which isn't self-evidently avoidable with even minor diplomacy from our own side. We rejected all attempts for peace in Ukraine a la Minsk agreements.
@JenniferLSimps1@SamaHoole R.e. skin cancers as per OP, the rise in young people has occurred almost entirely amongst young women and is likely associated with increased use of sunbeds etc
@JenniferLSimps1@SamaHoole There is some evidence for that with bowel/breast cancer, but early onset cancer is still marginal r.e. overall rates. Rising obesity is likely the single biggest factor in more early onset cases.
@Lester_WJAZ@BBCNewsnight@icelandrichard Also, "only business creates jobs & growth" is totally untrue by any standard economic metric public sector are included in GDP (25% in the UK) and productivity stats and - obviously - create jobs. Toddler-level stuff
@joseph_h_garvin To engage w/t thought experiment, I think this technically misunderstands the nature of your chat window, which is just software plugged into the underlying model to relay its response to you. The software experiencing something on a run is no more likely than any other software
@policylaila I'm struggling to imagine a scenario where I go through all of that just to leave a house empty. A bizarre thing to do which should be stopped if indeed it is happening.
