@ServiceWizz @wizzair @wizzair that is correct. However the reason for delay I was given at the airport was previous flight delay and wizzair is claiming that my flight was delayed due to bird strike. I requested some king of report from wizzair to confirm that but no documents were provided.

@wizzair We were flying from Katowice to Liverpool on 29.08. The flight was delayed by 3h 30mins. The airport at Katowice issued a letter confirming the reason for delay was previous flight delay. We requested compensation from wizzair and they are claiming it was a bird strike.

It looks like wizzair is giving us false information. Did anyone have the same experience?
