Sooo the first dealer deny’s working on the heads wouldn’t have caused it be up they didn’t open the engine? now that smells like bs to me. So now I am stuck with no vehicle that I am paying for and no one to back their work. @Chrysler @Dodge @OfficialMOPAR

How does one get to the engine? you must open up said engine correct? well the engine components were never put together properly. It had loose components that would not have gotten that way from driving the vehicle…. @Chrysler @Dodge @OfficialMOPAR

Was told by the current Dodge dealership it wasn’t my fault and that when the previous dealership that serviced the engine heads never put it back together properly…Then waited for a response by said dealer just for them to deny they caused it. @Chrysler @Dodge @OfficialMOPAR

My Durango has had a blown engine 6+ mon and is being serviced at a Dodge Dealership. I am being told the engine is on a 8-9 month backorder with 150+ orders. How is this even physically or mentally feasible? @Chrysler @Dodge @OfficialMOPAR
