Filed a claim with @USAA yesterday. Got a call from Property Desk Adjuster @ Alacrity Solutions this morning. Reviews of Alacrity have me scared! The west side of our house looks like it was used for shotgun practice, and one of our skylights started leaking in last night's rain.
@mmannie123@USAA Basically, Alacrity didn't do much, so they couldn't screw up. They did inspect our damage about a week before my next door neighbor got their inspection. I have no idea who their insurer is, nor if there were scheduling issues on the homeowners' side.
