We will not rest until every single one of them is reunited with their families.

With €50 million, we're putting concrete support behind our commitment.

Είχα σημαντική συνάντηση στις Βρυξέλλες με τη Δρ. Ulla Engelmann @ulla234, Διευθύντρια Πυρηνικής Ασφάλειας και Προστασίας στο Joint Research Centre της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής.

Ενημερώθηκα για τις τελευταίες εξελίξεις στη στοχευμένη θεραπεία «Άλφα», μια πρωτοποριακή μέθοδο αντιμετώπισης του καρκίνου.

👉Τα αποτελέσματα είναι ιδιαίτερα ενθαρρυντικά, καθώς σε περιπτώσεις μεταστατικού καρκίνου του προστάτη καταγράφεται αύξηση του προσδόκιμου ζωής πέραν του 50% σε σύγκριση με τις συμβατικές θεραπείες.

Παράλληλα, σε συνεννόηση με το Ογκολογικό Κέντρο Τράπεζας Κύπρου, εξετάσαμε τρόπους συνεργασίας, με στόχο την αξιοποίηση καινοτόμων θεραπειών προς όφελος των ασθενών στην Κύπρο.
