@collision@IrishTimes Great piece. Every politician and civil servant needs to read this. The spoiled presidential vote is a barometer of the frustration people feel from the NGO mess we have created. Hope the right people will listen John. 🙌
@realBobbyHealy@MannaAero We all had to start our AI journey with human controllers. These machines don’t teach themselves you know. 😃 Don’t knock it, the same humanoid robots will be double jobbing in your dark kitchens this time next year Rodney 😉
@wdejager@fly_byguy I think if you consider the elimination of the noise of food delivery motorbikes and cars….whizzing around the same neighbourhoods….then I think councillors will have a more balanced perspective…
@realBobbyHealy “Giz a job” followed by a Glaswegian kiss for some reason stays with you from the moment you’ve seen it. He was the only actor who’d been in movies that won more than 10 Oscars. Titanic (1997) and Lord of the Rings (2003) both won 11 awards.
@DrEliDavid People like you are to blame. The irony in your bigotry and xenophobia is difficult to fathom. The immigrant deliveroo driver who disarmed the man (who was clearly having a psychotic episode) had a gofundme set up to buy him a pint. Here’s the response 🇮🇪 https://t.co/VNxm5NYpH0
@JavierBlas@GretaThunberg I think everyone agrees (in hindsight) that Germany shutting down 16 nuclear plants as a response to Fukushima and being reliant on Russian gas and oil for 40% of its energy requirements might have been a tad hasty. Compounding this is shutting the remaining 3 that are open….🤷♂️
@vonderleyen@Isaac_Herzog@EP_President All People must be protected on both sides. The level of hypocrisy is unreal here. Israel does not have the right to respond by committing war crimes and we collectively have a responsibility to make them accountable. We should support both sides to attain peace and a compromise
@NoContextHumans The 70 was incremental sales dependant on the theft so depends on how much margin they made on this to determine the total loss. 100 was immediate bottom line loss. Just assume they made 50% margin on the 70, then their bottom line total loss would have been 65 (35+30)
@westbestcork @SarahAMcInerney@HMcEntee I disagree. Changing the cronyism, bullying and bad practises that existed in the force is not determined by a popularity contest. Businesses are not run based on employees liking the management. Stay the course I say. Steady the ship. The outcome will be worth the pain endured.
